Therapy typically focuses on immediate reduction of symptoms using a combination of behavioral and cognitive approaches. Medication consultation with your physician is offered and monitoring of symptoms will be utilized to assess the progress of therapy. Family and couples therapy is offered as well focusing on communication, boundaries, rules, loving with compassion and learning and understanding how each family member contributes to the family dynamics.
