Course and Attendance Procedure
Please arrive early for check-in. Courses will start promptly as stated on the schedule; to ensure ample instruction time for content and as a courtesy to your fellow participants please arrive on time. If you arrive late you may risk not receiving CE hours. At the completion of the course, you will be awarded the number of CE hours for the course in which you signed up for and you willl receive an attendance certificate, which will be made available online. CE hours are awarded based on instructional hours and does not include breaks or lunch.
Grievance Policy
If you have concerns about the course or instructors, please submit a written letter to PSYCHWEST, Clinical and Forensic Psychology addressing the concern. The clinical director along with the person of concern will meet and discuss the item(s) of concern. Remedies may include, but are not limited to: partial or full refund of payment; the amount and type of refund is made at our discretion; we reserve the right to resolve the issue by any of the means written herein or any other appropriate resolutions we feel necessary. No CE hours will be awarded for any monies refunded or any course reschedule.
Refund Policy
30 day Cancellation Policy: If a written notice of cancellation received by fax/email or postmarked by no more than 30 days after receipt of payment, individuals will be issued a credit for the next earliest Conference by PSYCHWEST, Clinical & Forensic Psychology. No credits will be issued for cancellations received after the 30 day cancellation policy. No exceptions will be made.
No refunds will be given for those who purchased an online course as the material is purchased and downloaded automatically after payment has been made. No exceptions will be made.
Confidentiality Policy
All of the participants’ private information will be kept confidential unless a signed consent form is received or as mandated by the law.
